§ 1135

The Chief Administrative Officer, under the supervision of the County Executive, shall be responsible for the administration of the capital budget as adopted by ordinance. The Chief Administrative Officer shall cause each office, department or board to take necessary action to provide for the prompt and efficient execution of the capital budget.9 Del.
