§ 1143

Except where authorized by law, no elected official of the County Council shall hold any other county office or employment with the County Council during the term for which such official was elected to the County Council. No former elected official shall hold any compensated appointed county office or employment until 1 year after the expiration of the term for which such official was elected to the County Council.9 Del.
