§ 1309

In the case of any matter required to be submitted to the Department or to the Planning Board, approval shall be presumed by the Department or Planning Board unless the Department or Planning Board shall have acted within 45 days of receipt thereof, unless a longer time shall have been allowed by the County Council.9 Del.
