§ 1323

The adoption of this subchapter shall in no manner relieve any property owner of any obligation imposed upon him or her prior to May 26, 1965, with respect to the rendition or assessment of any property, nor shall it in any manner increase the responsibility of such property owner nor deny the property owner of any right possessed prior to May 26, 1965, except to the extent specifically provided in this subchapter.9 Del.
