§ 1391

The Law Office, managed by the County Attorney, shall perform the following functions: (1) Serve as chief legal advisor to the County Executive, County Council and all County departments, boards, offices and agencies; (2) Represent the County in all legal proceedings; (3) Perform any other duties prescribed by this title or by ordinance of the County Council.9 Del.
