§ 1501

As used in this part, unless the context requires a different meaning: (1) 'County' means New Castle County. (2) The words 'New Castle County government,' or words of similar import, mean the government of New Castle County as established in Chapter 11 of this title.9 Del. C. 1953, § 1501; 55 Del.
