§ 2218

Whoever wilfully makes any misrepresentation in any application or makes or maintains any connection with any sewer contrary to the authority granted by permits issued therefor by the County Council, or without a permit therefor in accordance with this chapter, shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $500.35 Del.
