§ 2318

The County Council may promulgate from time to time and enforce such rules and regulations, as may be necessary, governing the use of the whole or any parts of such sewerage systems or sewage treatment plants constructed under their control either within or without the district.Code 1935, §§ 1170-I; 45 Del.
