§ 2406

The bonds shall be prepared under the supervision of the County Council and shall be signed by the Department of Finance and the County Executive, and shall be under the seal used by the County Council of New Castle County. Such officers shall execute the bonds when directed by the County Council to do so. The Department of Finance and the County Council shall keep a record of the bonds.48 Del. Laws, c. 377, § 6; 9 Del.
