§ 2808

(a) Property in this State acquired by the County for the purpose of this chapter shall be held in the name of the 'State of Delaware for the use of New Castle County.' (b) Property outside of this State acquired by the County for the purposes of this chapter shall be held in the name of 'The County Council of New Castle County, Delaware.'9 Del.
