(a) Title to land acquired by a county shall be taken and held in the name of the county wherein the land is situated. Title to land held by a county as heretofore provided by this section is hereby changed to the name of the county. (b) Title to county land may be conveyed by the county pursuant to an ordinance, or a resolution where ordinances are not provided for, duly advertised and adopted by the county authorizing the conveyance of the specific land, irrespective of whether title was acquired as heretofore provided by this section.26 Del.
