§ 3009

The subdivider shall, within 120 days after the approval of a plan, record such plan in the office of the Recorder of Deeds. If such plan is not recorded within said time, the approval shall expire.9 Del. C. 1953, § 3009; 55 Del. Laws, c. 49.;
