Bonds shall be payable from the special fund described in this chapter, and county council may grant a security interest in such fund to secure such payment, it may also pledge its full faith and credit or establish sinking funds, establish debt service reserve funds, or pledge other assets and revenues towards the payment of the principal, premium, if any, and interest, including special taxes levied and collected pursuant to Chapter 33 of this title.76 Del.
