§ 4131

The county government shall appropriate annually, and on May 1 of each year shall pay, the sum of $250 to each regularly organized and motorized fire company in Kent County, as certified by the Secretary of Kent County Volunteer Firemen's Association, for the maintenance and upkeep of their fire equipment.Code 1935, § 1194A; 45 Del.
