§ 4134

The county government shall appropriate the sum of $750 annually to each of the regularly organized and motorized fire companies in Kent County for the maintenance of their rescue squad. Such sum shall be paid by the county government to each of the fire companies entitled thereto, certified by the Secretary of the Kent County Volunteer Firemen's Association on July 1 of each year.9 Del.
