§ 4151

The county government shall, by ordinance, establish a Personnel Board and determine the membership, terms, qualifications, compensation and duties of said Board.9 Del. C. 1953, § 4151; 56 Del. Laws, c. 103, § 11; 66 Del. Laws, c. 332, § 1;
