§ 4620

The county government, after holding a public hearing upon notice published in the same manner as provided in § 4604 of this title, from time to time, by resolution may: (1) Change the allocation of the cost of such facility as between zones of assessment; (2) Change the boundaries of zones of assessment; or (3) Establish new zones of assessment or eliminate existing zones of assessment.9 Del.
