§ 532

The county government shall promptly deposit all funds received from the receiver of taxes and county treasurer from the collection of the special assessment or levy in a special sinking fund account, which shall be used for no other purpose than the retiring of the bonds and interest accruing thereon, after payment has been made to the Division of Highways for costs incurred as set forth elsewhere in this subchapter.45 Del.
