§ 566

(a) The county government may reject any and all bids, but in awarding the sale of the bonds, or any of them, they shall be sold to the person, persons, firm or corporation which, in the judgment of the county government, offers the most advantageous terms. (b) The bonds shall not be offered for sale until the attorney for the county government has submitted the attorney's opinion in writing that the bonds have been validly authorized in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.48 Del.
