§ 611

Within 10 days after the commission has been appointed the members thereof shall meet and elect a chair. The chair shall be elected by the vote of a majority of all the members and shall serve for a period of 1 year or until the chair's successor is elected.9 Del. C. 1953, § 611; 49 Del.
