§ 6105

The county government shall appropriate annually and on May 1 of each year shall pay the sum of $1,000 to each regularly organized and motorized fire company in Sussex County, as certified by the Secretary of the Sussex County Volunteer Firemen's Association, to be used for the maintenance of their apparatus and equipment.Code 1915, § 1097A; 33 Del.
