§ 6719

(a) The county government or its designated representatives may go upon the land for the purpose of making surveys for sewers, sewer systems, sewage disposal plants, water mains, water systems, water treatment plants, pumping plants, or for right-of-way or other property right required for the sewerage or water systems. (b) The county government or its designated representatives may inspect, at reasonable hours, any premises, dwellings or other buildings in the vicinity of a county sewer to determine if it is connected to the county sewer or water main, or to determine if the sewer or water main connection has been made or is being maintained in accordance with the regulations of the county government. (c) Whoever refuses to permit inspections and surveys at reasonable hours shall be fined not less than $10 for every such refusal.9 Del. C. 1953, § 6719; 55 Del. Laws, c. 263; 57 Del.
