Every clerk of the peace, before entering upon the clerk's official duties, shall take and subscribe the oath of office prescribed by the Delaware Constitution, and shall give bond as required by § 9114 of this title.Code 1852, § 118; Code 1915, § 1283; Code 1935, § 1482; 9 Del.
