16. Official seal. (a) The official seal of a notary public in the District shall: (1) Include the following: (A) The notary public's name, exactly stated on the commission; (B) The words 'District of Columbia'; (C) The commission expiration date; and (D) Other information required by the Mayor; and (2) Be capable of being copied together with the record to which it is affixed or attached or with which it is logically associated.
