District of Columbia Legal Code
82. Full faith and credit of the District. The full faith and credit of the District is pledged for the payment of the principal of and interest on any general obligation bond or note issued under § 1-204.61(a), § 1-204.71(a), or § 1-204.72(a), whether or not such pledge is stated in such bond or note or in the act authorizing the issuance of such bond or note.
