Law 25-50, this section applies only with respect to public restrooms managed or maintained by the District of Columbia Public Library as of October 1, 2023.* Not Funded. (Feb. 23, 2023, D.C. Law 24-250, § 3, 69 DCR 15101.) Applicability Section 7085 of D.C. Law 25-50 modified section 4 of D.C. Law 24-250 removing the applicability provision impacting this section. Therefore the creation of this section by section 2 of Law 24-250 has been implemented only with respect to public restrooms managed or maintained by the District of Columbia Public Library. Applicability of D.C. Law 24-250: § 4 of D.C. Law 24-250 provided that the creation of this section by § 3 of D.C. Law 24-250 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
