Effect of subsequent marriage or domestic partnership or dissolution of marriage or domestic partnership. A subsequent marriage or domestic partnership or dissolution thereof for either the surrogate or the intended parent or parents shall have no bearing on the validity of the surrogacy agreement or the child's parentage.
