104. Notice. A long-term care facility shall post in a conspicuous location a notice stating that the facility does not permit discrimination, including harassment, on the basis of actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or HIV status, or based on association with an individual on account of that individual's actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or HIV status. The notice shall include information about a resident's right to file a complaint for discrimination with the Office. (Dec. 13, 1977, D.C. Law 2-38, title II, § 296; as added Dec. 23, 2020, D.C. Law 23-154, § 3, 67 DCR 13244.) Applicability Section 7185 of D.C. Law 24-45 repealed section 4 of D.C. Law 23-154 removing the applicability provision impacting this section.
