06. Service facilities. (a) A District credit union may change its principal office upon written notice to the Commissioner and the members of the District credit union. (b) A District credit union may, upon written notification to the Commissioner, maintain service facilities, including automated teller machines, at locations other than its principal office. (c) A District credit union may join with one or more other credit unions or financial organizations in the operation of automated teller machines or other service facilities. (May 6, 2020, D.C.
