Confidentiality. (a) Documents, materials, and other information, including the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure, in the possession or control of the Commissioner that are obtained by, created by, or disclosed to the Commissioner or any other person under this chapter shall be treated as confidential pursuant to the standards set forth in § 31-4121.07. (b) Documents obtained by, created by, or disclosed to the Commissioner or any other person under this chapter that are already in the public domain shall not be subject to the confidentiality provisions described in subsection (a) of this section.
