03. ORSA requirement. Except as provided in § 31-4121.05, an insurer, or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member, shall conduct an ORSA using a process comparable to the applicable process contained in the ORSA Guidance Manual annually and any time there is significant change to the risk profile of the insurer or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member.
