Transit subsidy agreement. To accomplish the mandates of this subchapter, the Mayor may enter into one or more agreements with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for the transportation of elementary and secondary school students, adult learners, foster youth, and summer youth employees at subsidized or free fares.
