02. Oath requirement. Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of office, the Executive Director and the Deputy Director shall take an oath that he or she will faithfully execute the duties of office according to the laws of the District of Columbia. In addition, each employee of the Office shall take and subscribe to an oath or affirmation that he or she is not pecuniarily interested, voluntarily or involuntarily, directly or indirectly, in any firm, partnership, association, organization, or corporation engaged in any activity related to legalized or illegal gambling. If required by the Chief Financial Officer, an employee shall file a financial disclosure statement according to the laws of the District of Columbia. (Mar. 10, 1981, D.C.
