05. Conflicts of interest. (a) Before issuing, authorizing the transfer to a new owner of, or renewing a license, the Office shall determine that the applicant is not disqualified because of a conflicting interest in another license. (b) In making a determination regarding a conflicting interest, the following standards shall apply: (1) No licensee under a distributor's license shall hold a license in another license issued under this subchapter; except, that the holder of a distributor's license may also hold a manufacturer's license. (2) No licensee under a manufacturer's license shall hold another license issued under this subchapter; except, that the holder of a manufacturer's license may also hold a distributor's license.
