Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the term: (1) 'Child development facility' shall have the same meaning as provided in § 7-2031(3). (2) 'Community-based organization' or 'CBO' shall have the same meaning as provided in § 38-271.01(1C). (3) 'Early childhood development provider' shall have the same meaning as provided in § 38-271.01(1G). (4) 'Subsidy' means supplemental payments made by the Mayor pursuant to § 4-404.01.
