03. Transfer provisions. By October 1, 2019, the Mayor shall transfer to the Commission such positions, personnel, property, records, and unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, and other funds available or assigned to the Office of the Mayor for the purposes of funding and running the Commission, at which time the Commission on the Arts and Humanities within the Office of the Mayor shall be abolished.
