56. Annual monitoring strategy. The Shelter Monitoring Unit, with the approval of the Mayor, shall adopt an annual monitoring strategy, which shall include policies and procedures for inspections, procedures for identifying and curing deficiencies, and procedures for taking enforcement actions against providers in violation of the standards of this chapter.
