10. Limit on future employment. The Administrator or an individual employed by the Administrator who participates in, recommends, or approves the award of a contract under § 41-160.09(b) is subject to the Code of Conduct, or other ethical rules, applicable to employees in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer concerning post-employment conflicts of interest.
