03. Review of Administrator's determination. (a) Not later than 90 days after receiving notice of the Administrator's determination under § 41-161.01, a putative holder may request a hearing on the Administrator's determination by the Office of Administrative Hearings, which shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law and render a final order in accordance with Chapter 5 of Title 2. (b) A final decision in a proceeding under subsection (a) of this section is subject to judicial review by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. (Nov. 13, 2021, D.C.
