05. Applicability. [Repealed] Repealed. (June 5, 2018, D.C. Law 22-103, § 6, 65 DCR 3777; Oct. 30, 2018, D.C. Law 22-168, § 7032, 65 DCR 9388.) Applicability Section 7031 of D.C. Law 22-168 repealed section 6 of D.C. Law 22-103 amending the applicability restriction impacting this section. Therefore the creation of this section by D.C. Law 22-103 has been implemented.
