03. Penalty. Any person violating any provision of these regulations shall be fined not more than $300, or imprisoned for not more than 90 days. (Apr. 6, 1978, D.C. Law 2-66, § 503, 24 DCR 6836.) Editor's Notes This section was repealed by section 4 of D.C. Law 6-26; however, pursuant to section 6(b) of D.C. Law 6-26, the repeal will not apply until the Mayor issues rules for ambulatory surgical facilities. As of this date, the Mayor has not issued such rules.
