Any paragraph or subparagraph or any elements thereof of any section and each section and each paragraph and/or subparagraph of each section are hereby deemed as separate and independent. Law 6-26, the repeal will not apply until the Mayor issues rules for ambulatory surgical facilities. As of this date, the Mayor has not issued such rules.
