05. Medicaid inpatient hospital directed payments. For services beginning on October 1, 2024, the Department shall require Medicaid managed care organizations to make inpatient directed payments to hospitals consistent with the applicable State directed payment preprint approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
