17. Rules. The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, may issue rules to implement the provisions of this subchapter. (Oct. 8, 2016, D.C. Law 21-160, § 5078, 63 DCR 10775.) Expiration of Law Section 5079 of D.C. Law 21-160 provided that this section shall expire on September 30, 2017.
