19. Dissolution. (a) At a date approved by the Fiscal Management Board, but no later than 30 days after the opening of the new Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center – GW Health, the United Medical Center shall cease admitting new patients. (b) At a date approved by the Fiscal Management Board, but no later than 90 days after the opening of the new Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center – GW Health, the United Medical Center shall cease patient operations.
