01. Women's National Democratic Club; Lot 5, Square 135. (a) The real property located at 1526 New Hampshire Avenue, N.W., known for tax and assessment purposes as Lot 5, Square 135, shall be exempt from the tax imposed by Chapter 8 of this title as long as Women's National Democratic Club is the owner of the property, subject to the provisions of §§ 47-1007 and 47-1009, but not § 47-1005.
