08. Rules. The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 [§ 2-501 et seq.], shall issue rules to implement the provisions of this part. (March 26, 2014, D.C. Law 20-96 provided that rules promulgated pursuant to the Veterinary Practice Act of 1982 shall remain in effect until the Mayor promulgates rules to implement D.C. Law 20-96.
