06. Collection receptacles at long-term care facilities. [Repealed] Repealed. (Apr. 11, 2019, D.C. Law 22-285, § 7, 66 DCR 1621; Nov. 13, 2021, D.C. Law 24-45, § 7173, 68 DCR 010163.) Applicability Applicability of D.C. Law 22-285: § 8 of D.C. Law 22-285 provided that the creation of this section by § 7 of D.C. Law 22-285 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
