52. Proof required for each registered vehicle. No vehicle shall be or continue to be registered in the name of any person required to file proof of financial responsibility for the future unless such proof shall be furnished for such vehicle. Law 25-161: § 8 of D.C. Law 25-161 provided that the change made to this section by § 3(i) of D.C. Law 25-161 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
