01. Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the term: (1) 'Collision' shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(3). (2) 'DDOT' means the District Department of Transportation. (3) 'Motor vehicle' shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(11). (4) 'MPD' means the Metropolitan Police Department. (Oct. 8, 2016, D.C. Law 21-155, § 101, 63 DCR 10143.)
